Renato dos Anjos:

Life Through the Eyes of an Animation Artist

Dos Anjos was Head of Animation on the Academy Award-winning feature animation, Zootopia. Other films he worked on at Disney include:  Moana, Frozen, Wreck-It Ralph (animation supervisor), Tangled, and Bolt (supervising animator).Before Disney he worked as a supervising animator at Sony on Surf’s Up, and Open Season. He also worked on Polar Express and Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius.

Born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, dos Anjos started out wanting to be a comic book artist, but fell in love with and started working in animation as an intern in 1987 at the age of 14.
