Branch Manager Duties and Requirements:
Hitting sales targets by successfully managing branch
All aspects of the operation at the branch, maximizing booking opportunities
Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Sales, invoice tracking, sales forecasts, recaps and reports
Meeting with clients on property (sales)
Networking and in-house marketing
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to demonstrate professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
With years of experience in the hotel industry, we learned all about vacations, planning weddings and celebrating special occasions. The rest has been a magical ride.
